The new centre is equipped to deliver comprehensive metallurgical and mineral processing support. Capabilities include:- Fully equipped material and metallurgical testing, including advanced metallography
- Extensive mineralogy and particle size characterisation
- Mineral processing flotation simulation and evaluation.
By strengthening in country laboratory capability, Molycop can reduce reliance on offshore testing and deliver insights that improve mineral processing efficiency, performance, and reliability.

Services include chemical analysis, metallographic examination, hardness and density testing, fractography, macro-etching, and pilot scale laboratory heat treatment experimentation.
