Cynoprobe, from Mintek, is a cutting-edge online cyanide analyser for real-time monitoring and control of free and WAD cyanide across up to three streams. By enabling precise measurement and frequent monitoring, it helps reduce cyanide overdosing, lowering reagent costs by up to 20% without affecting gold recovery. This tighter control also improves environmental outcomes by minimising cyanide discharge.

WAD cyanide measurement

Real-time WAD cyanide measurement can be used for regulatory compliance and to control and optimise the cyanide destruction and recovery process. Cynoprobe produces an accurate measurement of cyanide concentration in a variety of ore types over a wide concentration – 0.5 to 10000ppm – and its analytical technique is immune to many common interferences.
