A day of health and participation

Molycop believes that the strength of the company lies in the strength of its people. That’s why it encourages participation in community activities that promote healthy lifestyles.

Molycop creates spaces where colleagues can connect outside of the workplace, families can feel included in the Molycop journey, and employees can take pride in belonging to an organisation that values their wellbeing. The AISAC Race fostered camaraderie, teamwork and motivation, all of which contribute directly to a more engaged and energised workplace.

Community engagement beyond the workplace

The race also underscored the importance of building bridges with the communities in which Molycop operates. Running alongside other organisations demonstrates that Molycop’s role is not limited to industrial operations – the company is also an active contributor to community life.

As the event showed, industry can be a positive force, not just by generating employment, but by creating moments that bring people together around shared goals like health and wellbeing.

Looking forward

As Molycop continues to grow its presence in Mexico, the company remains committed to supporting initiatives that promote family and engagement, and that strengthen the bonds between its employees and the communities where it operates.
