Technical training at ERO Caraíba
On 5 and 6 May, members of our team in Brazil visited ERO Caraíba to deliver a series of technical training sessions for operators, engineers, and supervisors. The sessions were led by Rodrigo Muranda alongside the local team, reinforcing Molycop’s ongoing commitment to customer support and operational excellence across the region.

Training program overview
Over the two-day program, three dedicated training sessions were conducted:- 5 May: Operator training session with 12 participants.
- 6 May (morning): Operator training session with 8 participants.
- 6 May (afternoon): Engineering and supervisory training session with 10 participants.
