Molycop technologies lead the way

Molycop’s innovative technologies demonstrate the practical impact of a holistic approach. MillSlicer uses vibration sensors to deliver real-time insights into mill performance and charge distribution, optimising milling efficiency.

Integrated with Molycop’s VIP Data Platform, MillSlicer enables secure data analysis and predictive control. Complementing this, Cynoprobe provides continuous leach monitoring to ensure stability and efficiency in extraction processes.

Molycop Process Characterisation leverages computer vision and machine learning to deliver a ‘visual compass’, enabling faster, more accurate analysis across operations. Additionally, Molycop is harnassing Generative AI applications for ore characterisation and process optimisation, with successful deployments in Gold Group operations and for select US clients. These solutions are seamlessly integrated within the VIP Data Platform, providing a unified analytics platform that empowers mining teams with actionable insights.

Dr Shaikh will join a distinguished speaker list at the event.

Connect with Molycop

The conference, which includes workshops on the final day, will provide a platform to showcase case studies and practical strategies for applying AI, automation and digitalisation to improve mining operations.

According to Dr Shaikh:
The primary focus of the conference on digitalisation and AI in mining reflects exactly what we’re doing at Molycop. From real-time process monitoring to predictive analytics and advanced machine learning, our solutions empower mining teams to make faster, smarter decisions and achieve tangible results.
Attendees are invited to meet the Molycop team to explore end-to-end digital solutions for milling, flotation, leaching and resource recovery, and to see how AI and advanced sensors are driving measurable improvements in operational performance.
