Molycop welcomes new talent to the Canadian team

Molycop’s Canadian team has gained three new full-time instrumentation technicians, strengthening customer outcomes by enhancing the development of advanced Machine Vision solutions.

This commitment is exemplified by the recent full-time appointments of Zion Chong to Molycop's Toronto office, and Benjamin Reynolds and Riley Hall to Molycop's Kamloops, British Columbia, office. All team members have joined as instrumentation technicians within Molycop's Machine Vision technology team.

The three talented students have been on contract with Molycop for the past 12 months and have already made a significant impact, especially through their work on the MOBI (Molycop Online Ball Tracking) project. Their dedication and skill have helped advance this innovative technology to the point that Molycop has committed to continuing the project into the future.

Appointments to the Machine Vision team

The three additions to the Machine Vision team are:
  • Zion Chong, who has demonstrated a keen eye for instrumentation detail and problem-solving, quickly becoming a valued member of the team.
  • Benjamin Reynolds, who brings a strong technical foundation combined with a passion for learning and collaboration.
  • Riley Hall, who has impressed with his adaptability and ability to tackle challenges head-on, contributing fresh ideas and energy.
Together, they report to Edgar King, Molycop Manager – Machine Vision, in Molycop's Brisbane office, connecting their local efforts to Molycop’s broader global innovation goals.
