Cesar Poma is a Senior Process Engineer at Molycop, with more than 14 years of experience in the mineral processing and grinding media sector. Throughout his career he has provided specialised technical support in process optimisation projects, focusing on the integration of advanced data science tools applied to grinding and flotation. He has experience in the development and implementation of Machine Learning models and predictive analysis for continuous process improvement. In addition, he has led studies in Discrete Element Modeling (DEM), contributing to the understanding of the behaviour of grinding media and their interaction in the grinding process.
