Overview

Cylpebs have a unique cylindrical shape that promotes improved grinding efficiency and uniform particle size distribution compared to traditional ball grinding media. Their shape enhances the contact area between the grinding media and the material, leading to a more effective and even grinding process.

Cylpebs can be used in both wet and dry milling applications across industries such as mining, cement and mineral processing. Their efficiency enables reduced energy consumption and improved grinding performance, while their durability and wear resistance contribute to longer operational lifespans and lower maintenance costs in grinding mills.


High carbon content and hardness

Cylpebs are manufactured in sizes 10–90mm from recycled and additional content at Molycop’s state-of-the-art Cikande plant in Indonesia. They are used for maximum abrasion resistance using high carbon content and high hardness.
